Liverpool forward Sadio Mane is once again being linked with a move to Real Madrid, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.

Returning manager Zinedine Zidane is reportedly keen on bringing Mane to the Bernabeu this summer as he looks to overhaul his squad.

Zidane replaced Santiago Solari earlier this month and has supposedly been handed a huge war chest to help revitalise the Spanish giants.

And Mane, who has been in excellent form for Jurgen Klopp’s side, is top of Madrid’s wish list.

The Senegalese attacker has 11 goals in his last 11 games, including a brace against Bayern Munich in the Champions League, which will not have gone unnoticed across Europe.

He played in Senegal’s 2-0 Africa Nations Cup qualifying win over Madagascar at the weekend, and unlike some other recently-departed big names, hasn’t pushed for a move away from Anfield.

Liverpool will, however, be wary of Madrid as the summer draws closer, and will do all they can to keep Mane for the foreseeable future.
