The future of Divock Origi is completely in Liverpool’s hands, according to his agent.

Origi was loaned out to Wolfsburg this season in a bid to revive his career after losing form at Anfield. Unfortunately, Origi could only manage six goals in 31 appearances for the Bundesliga outfit.

“For me it was a mistake for Divock to go to Wolfsburg,” his agent said to Turkish publication A Spor.

“Klopp will now make a decision on him. If he wants him to stay, then Divock will stay or if he wants him to leave then Divock will leave.

“We are not looking to leave on loan again. We want to go a team that has made plans for him. In that regard, we’ve also spoke with Besiktas.”

The Reds purchased Origi from French side Lille for £10million, which Jurgen Klopp should be able to recoup if he chooses to sell him.

There were times when Origi looked a promising prospect for Liverpool, but he could never string any consistency together.
