Liverpool could snatch Adrien Rabiot from underneath Tottenham’s noses in the summer, according to reports.

The Reds will be in the market for midfield reinforcements this summer and the Frenchman is a player that could prove very useful under Klopp.

Tottenham are worried that Liverpool or Barcelona might hijack a move for Rabiot this summer after they put in all the groundwork to sign him in January.

However, in a horrible turn of events, Rabiot’s father passed away and as a sign of respect, his mother and agent Veronique declared that there would be no transfer until the summer.

Spurs are concerned that Liverpool and Barcelona can offer more money to Rabiot and his camp with both known to be interested in signing the Frenchman.

Rabiot will be a free agent in the summer and could prove to be an astute signing for Liverpool if his reported attitude problems can be managed.
